Nation Medals

Its too exhausting to hit valleys for medals. Myself, along with others are tired of hitting hundreds of valleys everyday, to try and find medals. So I propose the following:

Either a- Change the medal drop rates, and change it from where they drop. The Old Server (Server 3 from where I was) It was too easy... The New Server (SS37) Where I am currently, its way too hard. 1/5 hits on a level 10 barb for a Justice or Nation...Even 1/10. Its demoralizing to see you capture an enemy city, find a great hero, but realize you just don't have enough medals.

Or B- Make it so you can buy medals. No one is going to drop $24 for 1-3 Nation medals. Thats insane. Make it so we can buy the medals... 10c per. You'd create revenue, while keeping players happy, and also have more players pay for the extra perks.

Please let us know whats going on with these Super Servers... they're a great idea, but every idea has flaws.

im on SS38 and im having the same problem. i have 5 heros over 250 in my feasting hall and cant persuade any of them. that city is becomin useless to me, bc i cant really do anything from it bc of the heros i.e. farm, attack, scout.

I've medal farmed from Knight to Prinzessin on ss37, I've had little problems finding medals.

You're hitting level 10 barbs, go after the level 10 valleys for medals.

  I don't think this is really the place to post any impromptu guides, but...
  
  20k archers, 1 warrior, 1 ballista, 1 worker, 1 pike, 1 sword, 1 cav, 1 phract Hitting level 10 valleys.
  
  I found most of my nation medals in hills.

  Well I hit 100 times. Though I did not get Nation Medals, it seems a random 2 medals for every 9 hits. And I only hit hills, I will update as I go.

  I'm not sure if hills are the best place to get nations, someone in my alliance mentioned it and so I tried it out, and got the... Is it 20 you need for quests? Pretty quickly.

  I need 25 right now to pursuade a hero I captured. And another 32 for another hero I stole for an attack.
  
  What is the best place to get Nation Medals? I've hit Forests also now, and still nothing. I'm not even sure if the ballista work for or against it. instead of sending a 6m attack, you send a 2m. Can you post a report for me to actually see a Nation Medal? Its been so long since I've seen one...

  yes the ballistas help. it protects ur archers. so instead of loosin 5-10k u lose 0. ive tried this method myself to c if the ballista helps and it does. also u cant spam the valley. u have to hit diff ones. and attack a valley again once it has regenerated completely. this method works great btw. my alliance calls me a hero for findin this and i owe it all to u. also i added 1 batterin ram and 1 transporter to the mix, and it seemed the dropped more frequently. plz note that addin these to types will not slow the attack anly longer bc the speed of the ballista and battering ram r the same

  The ballista is important as it protects your archers better, but it's definitely not the fastest method. It's a trade off of speed for lower losses.
  
  I'm not sure about the battering ram and transporter adding to the mix, but as you said, there's no harm done in sending them.

F THIS! Its been 3 days of constant medal farming. I must of hit 5000 level 10 valleys, all ranging from deserts, to lakes. NOT ONE SINGLE NATION MEDAL.

I have gotten: Freedom, Justice(Once), Rose (Once), Lion, Wisdom (Rare), Courage, Honor (Rare) and Cross.

The most being Cross, Freedom, and Lion.

How about a Mod tell us how to get medals. This is not fair, how are you to play the game with no medals? Where are you Thantium?

ok guys im not sure how it is in your servers but in server 148 where i am currently in, drop rate is not that bad. but u must be patient.
i hit more than 5000 times (8h per day) and all vallies were 1 mile away and got 17 nations, 46 justice, 50 freedoms, 14 wisdoms,17 courage, 17 honor, 44 honor, 10 rose, 28 cross all in 5 days. but i lost a lot.
i lost 600k arch, 120k warrs in these 5 days but worth it.
btw for guys who lookin for justice they should find them in swamps and desert lvl9. i dono about nations cuz i got them from all kind of vallies but really rare.

i'm currently trying to medal farm to persuade a hero (need 25 nation medals) im already a prinzz and what im doing is sending about 20-30k warriors with 1 scout and a fairly good intel hero but also with a good attack stat at lvl 10 vallies around me, the more losses with the warriors the better, but its likely you wont get it (from my experience) if you either a) loose the scout or b) add other troops to the wave
so far most of what i have gotten is justice nation and freedom medals and from all sorts of vallies

btw, i am on ss39

also many people say that the more losses the better the chance, i have not always found this true, sometimes it is, its one of those flexible things that alot of people hate

Hmmm

Used 26K War, 10K arch, 10 pike, 10 work, 10 sword, 10 cav, and 1 phract,

Spammed a level 10 swamp, 1 mile away -- 78 hits, in groups about 10 sec apart

Results: 1 amulet, 2 cross, 1 lion, 1 honor, 2 courage, 1 wisdom, 8 freedom, and 6 justice -- Arch loss was minimal, warrior loss was more significant.

Second set:
Used 100K scouts, spammed a level 10 flat (several miles away) with 22 hits, 15 sec apart

Result: 2 rose, 1 cross, 1 courage -- High losses (sometimes 30K per hit), but it was fast way to hit that particular flat.

Your mileage may vary.

Game suggestion is to sell individual medals instead of just the boxes
